True-to-Colour Printing with Re‑Transfer Technology

Utilising advanced re‑transfer printing, the HD710 transfers images first onto a clear film and then fuses them onto the card, resulting in edge-to-edge coverage and exceptional durability. This method ensures the printed content appears beneath a protective layer, making it more resistant to wear-and-tear and extending the life of each card. The printer offers 300 dpi resolution, enabling vibrant and precise colour reproduction.

High Throughput for Bulk Production

Built for high-volume production, the HD710 supports a massive 300‑card input hopper and a 100‑card output hopper, minimising interruptions during printing. In centralized operations, it can achieve up to 840 single-sided CR‑80 cards per hour, making it a top choice for batch issuance scenarios. In standard (non-centralised) mode, it delivers approximately 120 full‑colour cards per hour.

Flexible Card Compatibility

The HD710 supports a wide range of card materials, including PVC, ABS, PVH, PET, and polycarbonate, giving you flexibility for different card programs. It also supports dual-sided printing, enabling more sophisticated card designs.

Security & Encoding Options

For added security and functionality, the HD710 can be equipped with a lamination module, magnetic-stripe encoder, and smart card encoder (contact & contactless). It supports security UV printing, as well as secure network communication protocols.
