کارت PVC یک کارت پلاستیکی است که از یک نسخه گرافیکی با کیفیت به نام پلی وینیل کلرید (PVC) تشکیل شده است. این کارتها به دلیل دوام ، انعطاف پذیری و تطبیق پذیری بالا  شناخته شده هستند. کارتهای پی وی سی معمولاً بهترین راه حل برای تولید کارتهای شناسایی هستند.

کارتهای   PVC از سه  تا پنج لایه تشکیل شده اند. این کارتها به وسیله فشار و حرارت روی هم قرار می گیرند.
